May I start by saying a big thank you to both of you for providing an excellent service and working on a Sunday. I really appreciated that fact that you guys came on a Sunday morning and finished the same day and left when everything was working 100%.
I have used a lot of point of sale systems in my career ranging from outlets of warehouses to Domino’s Pizza, but never found a system so versatile as your POS system.
What makes this system so good is that it’s easy to use but has a lot of powerful features, which helps in creating a full accounts audit to mailing and targeting customers.
Also the regular updates that I have received is very positive sign that the program is always moving forward to make it better. Also the input myself and staff give you when using the system is always taken onboard to tailor the program for our needs in this very demanding and busy environment.

Having used possoft Pro now for about 6 months, we find this product very useful and easy to use.
The till software is very easy to use by the novice sales assistant, with restricted access control, refunds and discounts are controlled with ease. With an integrated Back office, Account customers, Purchase Orders, Stock Control and Management are handled with great efficiency.
Also with the recent release of the repair module on this system, booking in repairs or servicing allows for an even better management of your stock and time.
With an excellent support service any problems or queries are handled with great speed and efficiency I would certainly recommend this software to any retailer.
In addition to the excellent support those feature we suggested have been incorporated into the program.

When we decided to go ahead with EPOS we were daunted by the prospect of the implementation and had major concerns on moving over to such a comprehensive system.
One year further on and quite simply we cannot imagine working without it. The implementation went smoothly thanks to excellent support from Possoft and we were up and running very quickly. We manage our sales ledger entirely on the system and it has improved our operational efficiency in the store.

When we opened our first store in 2004 we thought long and hard before spending the money on an EPOS system, since then we have not had a single regret about making the decision to go with PosSoft and have installed it in all of our subsequent stores.Being located in the middle of the Mediterranean we wanted a system that was reliable, had a cast iron support service and also be flexible enough to handle the unique aspects of our market, all of these criteria have been met without reservation, especially the support, which I can say is exceptional.
On January 1st 2008 Malta adopted the Euro as the official currency. The implementation was the "big bang" approach with a full change over at midnight January 1st, this was preceded with a 6 month period of dual currency display on all invoices, receipts etc, and a post 6 month requirement of the same only with the reverse currency declaration.I imagined this was going to be a nightmare situation, especially as to how we would handle account customers with credit balances etc, the whole price list change over and also the requirement to have historic sales data available in both currencies.
The Possoft team listened closely to our requirements and very quickly had solutions in place for all of the known requirements. We even ran a complete mock change over one month prior to the official date; this ran smoothly with no issues arising as indeed did the official change over on January 1st. My initial concerns of a nightmare scenario never arose through the dedicated support we had from the Possoft team.If you run a retail store then this company may well have a system that you need, regardless of where your business is located or indeed in which currency you trade.
