Possoft Retail had been developed with the retailer in mind. Products can either be scanned or you can use the category buttons. (Ideal where non barcode items) Once a product is chosen you can amend the price, quantity, discount or delete it. If a product has a serial number it can be scanned or entered with the product details and are retained as historical data.

Once your happy you can then accept the sale which will take you to the tender screen from where payment by cash, cheque, credit card, debit card, voucher or on account can be made.

Possoft has its own sales ledger for account customers and deals with cash allocation and produces statements.

Possoft uses postcode lookup software which is an optional purchase, but saves you time when entering customer details.
The system is Euro ready and will show both the Sterling and Euro values on its receipts if required.
A full invoice and delivery note can be printed for account customers.

When performing a till' ‘Z’ read a Sage input file is produced and can be posted to Sage through the import “audit trail transactions” procedure which is built into Sage.

For the IT reseller we have an optional Build Service and Repair module. Can be used in related sectors.
